Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Discovery Lab and Learning Center! *Full payment is required to reserve you child's spot. *Due to our small class sizes, all registrations are non-refundable. *If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. We will do our best to transfer. your child to another available class within 30 days, space permitting. *Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. *If The Discovery Lab and Learning Center cancels a class, families will receive the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future class. *Parents/Guardians must complete all required registration information, including emergency contacts, medical conditions, and allergy information before attending. *Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to allow time for check-in. *By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
